Our recent project at Neptune Park on St. Simons Island is a perfect example of the hard work and precision that Visionscapes will provide for all of our clients, regardless of location and size. Known as a vibrant gathering place for locals and visitors alike, Neptune Park deserves landscapes that reflect its beautiful location and surrounding scenery.
To revitalize the park’s open green spaces, Visionscapes installed and rolled 100,000 square feet of TifTuf sod. This new turf provides a lush, durable surface that can handle the daily enjoyment of families, events, and community activities. From the careful preparation of the soil to the final rolling, every step was done with precision to ensure a healthy, long-lasting lawn.
In addition to the sod installation, our crew placed 120 cubic yards of hardwood mulch throughout the park’s landscaped areas. Not only does mulch enhance the park’s appearance with a clean, finished look, but it also plays a critical role in conserving soil moisture, suppressing weeds, and promoting healthier plant growth.
